Your Silvain Labs account keeps cash and promotional balances separate. My Wallet shows both balances and your account activity.
Two different purposes
Cash comes from valid, verified funding and account transactions. Promotions provide closed-loop discounts on eligible SMS services and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
The daily wheel
The campaign is closed by default. When the operator enables a valid campaign with an approved budget, your first successful deposit may unlock one spin per calendar day for an eligible account. A spin can award no more than 50 TL in promotions. Campaign status, eligibility and available budgets are checked.
Refunds return to their original wallets
When an eligible refund completes, its cash portion returns to cash and its promotional portion returns to promotions. A refund does not convert promotions to cash or reopen the daily spin.
